Dave Bazzel has built a compelling portfolio of classic landscapes and seascapes in both color and black and white. His pieces are the product of visual and technical inspiration. He has exhibited his work in some of the top fine arts festivals in the northeast United States and is currently expanding his gallery representation.

“Photography for me is the singular thing I’ve always excelled at,” Bazzel explains. “My eyes see and my mind comprehends. I believe it is a special gift from God to me, for which I am very grateful. As I age and look back at my life’s work and the level of success the public ascribes to it, I will be at peace because, occupationally speaking, I am home.”

Bazzel uses a Pentax medium-format camera, Fuji slide film and prints on traditional Fuji photographic paper. His unique method employs digital darkroom techniques in the middle of the process and traditional products at each end. Each is treated with extreme attention to detail and care every step along the way. All color and black and white images are available in four sizes and are mounted archivally.
